I am looking for a housekeeper to clean our home after football weekends. We are also interested in someone who would be able to take our garbage out to street and back after pickup. We need someone willing to do all laundry and change linens after guests depart. Clean out fridge periodically if items are left by renters. We will be renting the home to friends and family for all home football game weekends and other sport and school events through the year. Since we will know the renters, we don't anticipate any problems. They will be respectful of our property so cleaning shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary.
