Seeking Consistent Personal Cleaner/Organizer For Home Management

We would love help with laundry, organizing, and cleaning. We have a 4000 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 3. 5 baths. Our family of 4 could use some help! We already have a cleaning team come every two weeks, but are looking for an individual to tidy and perform miscellaneous tasks around the house (water plants, laundry, empty dishwasher, organize/sort kids clothes, clean out the fridge, go through pantry, etc.) Looking for someone to come 2x a week for 2-3 hours. Prefer a direct, ongoing relationship with one person, not a cleaning service or company. Consistent schedule is preferred (same time every week). We have one older dog who is very sweet (black lab).
