The day needed each week will change. This is turn over for our baseball rental. I will be there working as well, typical turnover is 4-6 hrs depending on the number of guests. No weekend assistance is required. We do a thorough top to bottom cleaning throughout the entire house and looking for a helper to ensure the same quality of cleaning is maintained for our guests arrival. Checkout is at 9:am check in is at 4:00 but we like to be done by 3:00 p.m. You would not have to be here until 10:am.
