This is an excellent old but well-kept home that used to be used as a lodge for room rental long ago. It is in good shape and was well cleaned when closed up last September. Need someone (younger than I!) who can work alongside me and handle jobs like baseboards, floors, windows inside, general room cleaning etc. oven cleaning. dead mouse tossing! (Ugh! Hope not!)
