Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Couple

Searching for a great house cleaner who will pay attention to detail. We keep things tidy, and have no pets. Two story home with a finished basement. Hardwood and ceramic tile floors on main level with 1/2 guest bath, kitchen, dining, family room and library. Carpet and tile 2nd floor with 2 guest bedrooms, office, full bath, master bed/bath. Basement is finished open area with laminate flooring and a 1/2 bath. Basement only needs light cleaning monthly or after an occasional special gathering. Second floor has split needs: Office, guest rooms, and guest bath only need cleaned every two weeks and after an occasional guest stays with linen change. (I will strip beds - only need to be remade.) Master bed and bath with linen change weekly. Main floor needs weekly clean. Would love to have someone willing to fold/hang laundry.
