Transportation Not RequiredI'm looking for a dependable, very communicative individual to clean our rental home between rentals. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, turnover is always Saturdays from 11-4. We usually rent out at least 9 weeks in the summer. In the off-season, turnover day is dependent on the renter but we are flexible with cleaning to accommodate schedules. On average, 3 rentals per month (day varies). For cleaning, we collect a $175-$225 fee which goes entirely to you. There are other small tasks that may need tending to, in which you would be paid for as well. Laundry is (primarily) outsourced, and primary tasks are cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms, etc. A handy-person would also be great.
