Dependable House Cleaner Needed

Searching for a very thorough house cleaner. We are opening up our lake house for the season and need someone to provide a thorough cleaning. We have visited the house about 5 to 6 times since last fall, so it has been cleaned. We will be having guests for the summer and need a deep cleaning. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment? We need someone who is dependable and if they accept the job they will complete it. Main floor is a great room plus sunroom and bathroom with shower. 3 bedrooms upstairs plus bathroom with tub. Small finished family room in basement.
