Dependable House Cleaner/Keeper For Disabled Lady

I'm looking for someone who can help get my neglected house back into shape and then keep it in shape. It's messy and dusty and dirty in places (kitchen floor), but not hoarder level or anything awful. It needs a good spring cleaning, a lot of organizing, and then regular maintenance. The ideal person does what needs to be done and doesn't fuss about the unexpected. The house is 3br, 3 bath (1822 sf), but I only use the downstairs. I don't use the 2nd bath downstairs or the upstairs at all. After stuff is clean, upstairs only needs occasional care. There are a lot of things to dust, but don't have to be done every week, etc. Work includes: Bathrooms, Vacuum/mop, Kitchen, Dusting, Refrigerator (2x a year), Organization (ongoing).
