I have a small cottage on Lake that I have listed on . My neighbor is willing to help with cleaning but can not always be available. So far I have a couple rentals in June and four rentals in July. Most of the time there will be days between rentals but I expect there will be times when I will only have a day to get it ready for new tenant. I would love to find a second person willing to clean. Not sure how long it would take but I expect not more than three hours.
