Looking For Help Keeping Our Home Tidy

My husband and I both work full time and have 2 very busy boys (ages 3 & 5). Keeping our house tidy is a challenge for us. We have a regular cleaning company who comes every other week but we are looking for regular help mostly with folding clean laundry, putting it away, hanging it up and keeping up with kitchen dishes. The laundry is my biggest challenge, I just seem to never be able to keep up with it and we end up with piles, thankfully clean piles, but still piles in everyone's rooms. I'm not sure how many hours per week this would require. Maybe 2-3 hours 2x per week? I'm open to thoughts based on experience and of course happy to meet and show you our home.
