Seeking A Long Term House Manager (Housekeeping, Errands, Organization, Etc.)

We are looking for someone that can grow into our needs over the upcoming years. Initially, we are looking for full home cleaning every other week (mop, vacuum, dust, tidy up, and kitchen cleaning), along with some organization projects. In the near future, we will also look for help with grocery shopping, meap prep, laundry, changing bed linens, and adhoc projects as needed. This would then turn into hours on a weekly basis. We want to find someone that is a self-starter, reliable, trustworthy, and that we can grow together with. You also must be comfortable with a medium sized dog (60lbs) that is very friendly.
