Required tasks: - Main house is 1350 sq. ft. 3 br 1 ba. Wood floors. - Garage apartment is 540 sq. ft. 1 br 1 ba. Tile floors. Rental property that will need to be turned over 1-2x/week. - Cleaning involves vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, bathroom cleaning, dishes (we have a dishwasher), and changing linens. - Grocery shopping - Laundry - Meeting other services workers to direct them or let them inside (pest control, lawn care, etc.) - Calling to make and move appointments - Watering plants Preferred but not required: - Meal prep - Your own vehicle. We will pay for your fuel. - Pickup/drop off errands (post office, dry cleaning, etc.) About us: Professional couple. No pets or children (yet). One works from home, and the other works long shifts at a hospital. Excited to get some extra help!
