Part Time Work Tidying Up And Organizing

We have recently had a baby and she is 1 month! I'd like some help around the house and running errands, but not necessarily for deep cleaning. I'm interested in having someone come maybe a couple times a week for a couple hours to organize, pick up house as far as making it feel less cluttered and more organized, changing sheets out, help with dog hair, throwing on laundry, help organizing kids rooms, and just general list of housekeeping tasks. We have a cleaning crew that comes but we are considering just doing that once a month or twice a month and then having someone come more often to help with some daily tidying and organizing rather than deep cleaning.
