I'm looking for a housekeeper to be responsible for cleaning and turnover of my mountain view condo in Glen, NH. Duties include cleaning, restocking supplies (stored on site), changing linens (laundering them offsite and returning at the next turnover), disposing of trash and keeping me posted on any maintenance issues. Typical guests are either couples or young families and stays vary from 2 nights to 7. Check out is at 11 a.m. and check in at 4 p.m. From mid-July to mid-August, same day turnovers are sometimes required. I highly value attention to detail, reliability and excellent communication skills. It's also helpful if you're a good problem solver.
