About the job

The home consist of four bedrooms of which two are normally used. The house is four stories: first floor is garage, playroom and gym. Second floor is main living quarters, kitchen, dining room, living room, and guest bedroom and on a split level is a bedroom that is currently used regularly. Third floor is also another bedroom that is not used regularly but also a master suite with his and her separate bathrooms. The fourth floor is the widows walk with a half bath and wet bar. Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms including toilets, showers, tubs. Kitchen exterior cabinet wipe down/sanitize, stainless appliance cleaning. These items will be done regularly throughout the week. Every now and then there may be a special project to work on. Baseboards as needed, stainless polishing of faucets and exterior decorative railings also as needed. We are looking for a housekeeper who has had experience in cleaning and house maintenance with attention to detail. Also, one who takes initiative, proactive and professional. There are currently three dogs( German Shepherd, Shih Tzu dachshund mix )and one on the way (German Shepherd) so we are looking for a candidate who also has experience with dogs and isn't timid around them.
