Transportation Not RequiredThis modern home has a large open living/dining/kitchen layout with two bedrooms and bathrooms on main floor , one bedroom and bathroom on upper most floor, and a small living area and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on lower level. The basement is a yoga room that would need to be vacuumed. After the yoga retreat, the house has to be returned in the same condition it was delivered. If the price is right, I would have a total of three passages, one to prepare the home, one passage during the retreat and the final passage after guest checkout. There will be a professional chef at the retreat who will leave the kitchen tidy but counter tops will have to be cleaned, floor mopped and dishes put away.
