About the job

Seeking part-time house cleaner for a newly-listed rental property on my rental property. Ideal candidates will have experience cleaning short-term rental (STR) properties. Will pay four (4) hours maximum each cleaning - top pay/extra for excellent cleaning and fast turn-arounds. Prefer that you provide your own cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment, but have equipment if needed. Laundry and supplies onsite in basement of home for washing linens and towels. Cleaning includes, but not limited to: Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting Laundry General Room Cleaning Changing bed linens Refrigerator Cleaning Window Washing
