Floor in small kitchen is linoleum Clean counters in kitchen put dishes away wipe down front of fridge, dishwasher, and stove. Vacuum hallways living room and bedrooms, fold clothes and put away. Dust shelves. Organized, familiar with cleaning supplies, not afraid of little dogs Yes there is parking and public transportation We have a little Chihuahua
