Once A Month House Cleaning Needed

We are looking for a detailed house cleaning once a month. My children and I are allergic to mold and dust mites. I am looking for a thorough dusting and vacuuming of the whole house (every room), as well as: cleaning both bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, and floors), cleaning the kitchen (appliances, counter tops, microwave, and floor), and windex/ cleaning of all inside window panes. I am also looking for someone to help with laundry, but this would need to be on a weekly basis instead of monthly. Our home is a 1200 square foot ranch. Three bedrooms (one of them very small). And two bathrooms.
