I am a 70+ who needs help with Light housekeeping. Be able to do laundry and ironing, make bed and change bed linens. Also, general up keep of 1 bedroom apt. I have one big cat who loves people. Loves to be petted and brushed and requires weekly box cleanup. Some Preparation of small meals. Close to Metro or free indoor parking available. Would like a person who knows how to take charge and proceed without instruction. Can remind me to take medication. Most important, Friendly and good conversationalist.
