We are looking for a part-time housecleaner to clean our attached and detached garages, outdoor patio areas & then helping inside with some cleaning tasks. Ideally, we prefer someone to come clean two days each week which can fluctuate if needed but prefer someone to come every M/Th. Job duties will include the following- For the garages & patios: straighten up both the attached & detached garages, sweep & mop garage floors, clean all windows inside & out, clean the bathroom in the detached garage, pick up patio areas which includes removing debris from around the pool, wipe down furniture on the outdoor patios & washing cushion covers as needed. For inside: deep clean couch & kitchen chairs every other week unless needed weekly, steam indoor rugs, light dusting, cleaning/straightening up the playroom & cleaning the basement as needed.
