My home is 2800 sq feet and is multi-level. It was built in the early 1970s on the order of a Frank Lloyd Wright designed home. I am not an OCD type of fussy about cleaning but when I was young enough to clean my own home I was pretty particular about how well it was done and since I would be paying to have it cleaned I would still be as particular as I was then. I would want the tile and wood floors dry mopped/vacuumed and wet mopped corner to corner and any baseboards wiped off. The carpeted flooring would be the same - vacuumed from corner to corner. Everything visible should be dusted. Any decorative items/furniture that would require a stool to reach could be done once a month. Mirrors cleaned as needed - bathroom mirrors every 2 weeks. Interior window sills and patio door tracks should be cleaned every 2 weeks.
