This is a salaried full time, Monday thru Friday position, pay based on experience. Ideal Candidate: 5 yrs. minimum experience Experience with; cleaning luxury homes/hotel, managing a team, professional manner, flexible schedule, positive attitude. Excellent communication and time management skills Always conduct themselves in a professional manner Ability to pass a background check Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate the owner's needs General responsibilities: Routine daily cleaning Manage and motivate housekeeping staff Oversee the housekeeping schedules and duties Assist with events as necessary Ensure all household spaces are maintained at the highest cleanliness levels They are expected to be hardworking, trustworthy, and respect the boundaries and quiet times of all family members.
