Transportation Not RequiredHome and an office/business property downtown to be cleaned and maintained every week. Want someone who pays close attention to detail, completes lists of things to do, loves to keep things organized, takes initiative, is willing to help maintain the inside and out of both properties. Pick up yard waste, touch up paint, sometimes picking up pine needles, using the leaf blower, vacuum, mop, sweep porches and common areas. Cheerful, honest, willing to work quickly. Prompt communication. Flexible schedule, but once days are agreed upon, consistency needed Must have own reliable transportation. Pay deposited weekly. Non smoking. We have a 5-year-old male Goldendoodle and 12-year-old golden retriever. They are sweet and our last assistant used to briefly brush them outside before vacuuming floors and furniture.
