We are looking for a housekeeper, not just a house cleaner. That means washing the dishes in the dishwasher and putting them away, washing the clothes, folding them, and putting them away, throwing away the dead flowers and cleaning out the vase and putting it away. A couple of times a year, doing some deeper cleaning into kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the interior of closets, cleaning the interior of the refrigerator, etc. Really taking care of our home environment.
