2200 sq ft split level house (3 levels 4-6 stairs ea). 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Approx 10 rooms in total. We need general cleaning on a weekly or every other week basis depending on time availability and scope of work completed. House is primarily hardwoods & tile with area rugs. We need the kitchen cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, beds changed, regular eye-level dusting and vacuuming, and floors mopped. Linens laundered from bed changes & folded. Other duties as requested and negotiated. We have a dog and two snakes (in cages out of the way.) We have basic equipment (vacuum, steam mop). Supplies to be discussed based on cleaner's preferences and our product preferences. A contract to be agreed upon and signed.
