Part Time - Household Assistant In Berkeley

I have severe physical limitations due to Long Covid, including chronic fatigue & sensory sensitivity. I enjoy bird watching, caring for my plants & laughing a lot. I'm careful to not get Covid again. My Assistant will wear an N95 mask in my home, which I'll provide. Main tasks: cooking, cleanup, taking out trash, getting mail, help with laundry & my 2 kitties (feeding & scooping their litter daily). I need assistance about 5 hrs/day, 5 days/wk. I can be flexible on the specific days/hours but prefer M-F 1:30-6:30. I work best with individuals who are positive, calm & understand my need for quiet & no scented products. I eat clean simple organic foods & use only natural cleaning products, so prefer someone who vibes with that as well. Services needed: meal prep, errands/shopping, housekeeping, pet care, & occasional transportation.
