Looking For A Trustworthy House Cleaner

This would be a monthly cleaning -cleaning of 1 bathroom, kitchenenette, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down kitchenette cabinets fronts & appliances, including inside of air fryer, windex 2 windows, sweep porch, change bed sheets (provided)/make bed nicely, remove trash & place in outdoor trash cart and wipe out indoor trash bin. No laundry required. Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, non toxic or mild smelling cleaning solution etc)? This is a 1 bedroom , should take about 1 hour - 1. 5 max, efficiency is valued - would need to coordinate schedule but very flexible. $90 per cleaning. Also would ask you to take note of any maintenance issues ie light bulb out or kitchen fan not in working order and report to me.
