Seeking a reliable housekeeper for a straightforward home with a busy family of four. Primary responsibilities include weekly cleaning of the main floor, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, living room, and TV/play room. Occasional basement cleaning required. Additional house management tasks involve laundry assistance (likely only folding), light meal prep, and running errands such as donations and dry cleaning pickups/drop-offs, miscellaneous errands for special events in the home, miscellaneous pickups, etc. Ideal candidate will handle both cleaning and management duties, with tasks billed hourly. Requires clear, effective communication. Handling special requests, projects, or tasks as needed by the household is really what I need most in order to keep our family feeling healthy and well organized.
