My husband and I both work. I work days and he works 3 nights a week. We need morning to mid day care on the days my husband works. He has schedule periods of 3 months and can provide his work schedule prior to starting. We absolutely are willing to pay well for great care for our little guy. We want him to have more interaction and engagement outside as his dad needs more sleep during the day. Our little man is our pride and joy!
