My toddler needs someone who can play with him or someone to the him to play dates. The 12yo needs someone to keep him on task for his online school and drive him to activities. My 11yo needs someone to help her choose home school tasks. The baby will probably just tag along with the toddler. The direct tutoring is minimal, mostly just reminding them to stay on task. Easy meal prep. Light cleaning. I have other kids as well, but mostly they're not home during the day or don't require additional attention. We have a dog who doesn't like strangers but loves friends. I'm recovering from chronic illness so some days I can help a lot and some days I can't do anything.
