Cutest Infant Needs Long term Nanny/ Babysitter. Starting In September!

Looking for long term babysitter for infant, 1-year-old on weekdays, 1-2 days, about 12-18 hours/ a week starting in September. Hours will increase in January to 15-25hrs / week. One parent works hybrid in home in office and other at hospital. Will try for consistent days, will always have 1-2mo schedule outlook. We have 2 cats and 1 dog in home. No expectation to take care of animals, just to enjoy them. We have established scheduled feeds and nap times. Need caregiver to follow schedule. Expected to engage in play, reading, feeding, and soothing We love to be outside and encourage being in nature with our baby! Very lighthouse keeping is a nice consideration as well.
