Seeking A Nanny For A 1 Year Old

Please note, this posting is for 2 positions. First is a backup nanny position until August and is not a set position with guaranteed hours every week. Second is a full time position that would start once our nanny departs for college in August. I am looking for a sitter for a 1-year-old girl with availability Monday through Friday 8-5 to work on as needed basis. The position would vary from zero to a few hours/days each week. I'm looking for someone caring who is passionate about children and wants to interact with my baby and not just sit her in front of a screen. Additionally, I am exploring full time care options once our nanny leaves us in August. I am planning on putting my baby in child care as I won't be able to afford a full time nanny so would be interested in in-home day care or someone who can offer daycare rates.
