Hello! We are in need of a nanny for our 15-month-old daughter. She has extreme separation anxiety from me and we are trying to help her become more comfortable being without me and be independent. We travel often so the schedule will vary each week. We have a dog so being comfortable with pets is a must. Our daughter loves to play outside, read books, and learn new things.
