We have a son turning 4 in September and daughter turning 1 in July. Our son goes to School but will be on summer vacation most of June-August. There are a few weeks where he has summer camp or we're away, but generally we're looking for a 3-month short-term commitment. There is one full-time nanny already employed who has been with us for years, so you won't be alone. Ideal candidate has some early childhood development training, is punctual and professional, and comfortable with dogs (we have 2 gentle ones that weigh 50 lbs each).
