C (4 years) is a girl on the autism spectrum. She is non-verbal. She is attending a preschool, but the drive and timeliness is not coinciding well with our schedules. I'm the grandmother. She is non-verbal and says very few words; she will say "wash" when washing her hands; she might sing along with some of the videos she watches; She is very irritable when sleepy and fights sleep vigorously; when she doesn't get her way, she might act violently by throwing her head, thrashing, or gripping the adult with her fingernails. She might sit down initially to eat, but will likely move to the couch or walk around and eat. The need is to just watch them, provide lunch and snacks and Pediasure for C. In addition, assist with potty training. She wears pull-ups. put her down for a daily nap if she will go.
