Long Term Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Blue Springs

Looking for a consistent, long term, nanny for my two kiddos. We are in blue springs and we are looking for a nanny that works collaboratively with us. We love our current nanny so much, but she is on a different career path and we are so happy for her. We believe in respectful parenting, but still have firm boundaries. We are not a yelling/hitting/time out household and we are firm believers in helping children regulate their emotions as best we can. Our child care is apart of our team, so someone we can rely on and communicate with to problem solve together is most ideal. We have a 3. 5 and 1. 5-year-old and 2 dogs. I work from home most days, but do have some office days.
