Short Term Nanny Job For 3 Month Old

My regular nanny is on vacation during this time. I am looking for someone to take over her role during this period. Most important quality we are looking for is reliability and punctuality. Duties include helping get 2 elder kids ready for summer camp in morning and maybe dropping them off (max 5 min drive from home) if husband can't drop them that day. After this, care for and stimulate 3-month-old at home and do light household work for the day until husband or I come home. Nanny may need to pick up other kids from summer camp if myself or husband are running late from work. On a weekend- may need to watch all 3 kids for 12 hours. The schedule may vary.
