After-School Babysitter Needed: Flexibility Is A Plus!

Hi! My husband and I have three children, M. and R. are seven and five and they are little sister. G. is three. We've had a nanny for the last seven years who has become like family, but she is retiring in July. We are looking for someone to help out in the afternoons after school while I run carpool to after school activities. it would be wonderful to find someone who is willing to help keep the house tidy and organized. Our dream babysitter would have flexibility so that we could adjust the days or times as needed as our sports and extracurricular activities schedules change.. We'd love to commit to a certain number of hours each week (around 8) and have flexibility to adjust as needed instead of a set schedule.
