Hi! We are a family of 4 and just moved to Florida from New Hampshire. We have 2 daughters but will usually only need help with our 18 MO. Our 12 YO is usually at school, and only needs supervision on occasion. We travel quite a bit, so may sometimes ask if our nanny can come. We pay for any overtime and try to treat our Nannie's as family. We are looking to find someone who we can trust and build a long term relationship with. We're looking for someone who can work 8AM- 5 p.m. because we work late, and are usually busy throughout the day. We have a black lab and 2 cats as well, so we need someone who is okay with that (they're super sweet) and someone who we can depend on to interact with our toddler
