Nanny/Family Assistant Role In Noe Valley

We are a family of four in Noe Valley looking for someone to join our little village. Prior nannies have become like family members and have acted as the third adult to help keep the family running smoothly. Primary childcare need would be school pickup and a couple hours of help while my wife and I finish up work. Open to adding on family assistant work (groceries, errands, laundry, etc.) to guarantee 20-30 hours/week. Would also want flexibility to cover some full days when the kids may be off from school. Interested in long term commitments of one year or more. Offering paid time off and paid holidays.
