Support Needed At Home For 2 Working Parents

We are a family of 4 living in Ocean View Hills. We have a 3. 5 yr old and an 1 yr old. We work full time and the kids go to daycare until around 4-5 p.m. We need help in the evenings to help set up dinner, leave kitchen and living room clean, do the back packs, snacks, and help with the kids (bath and put them to sleep). We like to be involved parents and create a loving home. We do our best to gentle parent and allow emotions. Both our kids are highly energetic. The oldest speaks awesome Spanish (so Spanish language highly desired), and it's super clever. She does best with firm loving boundaries. The baby is pure joy, happy and playful. My husband often travels for work, so flexibility on which days of the week is highly desired. We would love also to have date nights on some Fridays Looking forward to create a trusted partnership :)
