Nanny For 3 Year Old

Nanny for 3-year-old. Full time (>40 hours/week) with flexibility. Must be interested and experienced in practicing an attachment caregiving style with a focus on connection over control. Ideally willing to help with light household chores. Position is salaried, non-exempt (ie always paid for full time regardless of hours worked but also earns overtime), W2 income. 2 weeks vacation, 1 week of sick time per year, 6 paid holidays. Mileage for errands and taking child to activities is reimbursed at IRS rate. We encourage as much outdoor time as possible. Our kiddo likes to go to the park, library, gymnastics, hikes, play outside, and play inside with trains. In the fall, he will go to preschool for two mornings per week. Both parents work in full-time, demanding roles. We have a 9-year-old yellow lab who is very friendly.
