BABYSITTER NEEDED TWICE A WEEK TO HELP OUT WHILE I AM IN THE HOUSE.

About the job

I am looking for someone to come 2-4 times a week and help me with the kids for a few hours. The long term goal is for me to get some work done or to run an errand alone. I would like to have someone come over and play with them while I am in the house until they build a good relationship with the babysitter. I would also want someone who would help me make a healthy lunch for them. For me, it is very important that the babysitter practices gentle discipline and is patient with my kids. I have 3 kids ages 4, 3 and a 2 months old.
