Hi there! We're seeking a full-time nanny for three kiddos (4YO boy, 15MO girl and 6MO girl) in Alamo starting immediately (flexible). What are we looking for? - Accepts payment above the table (W2) - 45 hours / week - Has a car, clean driving record, and is comfortable driving kids to activities - Can swim - Punctual / reliable / professional - Up to date on all vaccines including Covid - Experienced working with 3+ kids, including infants - Can emulate respectful parenting approach (gentle yet can set boundaries): -- Uses play, connection and clear limits to motivate -- Doesn't use punishment, screen time or bribes -- Compassionate and calming We offer competitive pay and standard benefits (PTO, paid holidays, etc).
