We are in search of someone to oversee our rental property . Responsibilities Communication with Renters: Being available to respond to inquiries and communicate with renters between 8 a.m. and 11 PM, ensuring timely and helpful responses. Cleaning Management: Scheduling cleaners Guest Amenities: Ensuring the house is stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries, as well as preparing welcoming gift baskets for guests. Guest Screening: Checking ratings on potential guests, including reviewing their Rental ratings Post-rental inspections and Personal Assistant Tasks Must have at least 2 years experience managing various aspects of property rental - Please include resume.
