About the role: We're a busy family based in Northport, NY looking for a proactive, organized personal assistant who can help manage our daily life -- from cooking and errands to scheduling and light childcare support. The right person will be hands-on, flexible, and comfortable balancing household, family, and business coordination. Key responsibilities: • Prepare family meals (healthy/simple cuisine, able to follow recipes or meal plans) • Manage daily/weekly schedule, appointments, and family calendar • Communicate with our business team as needed • Handle errands (groceries, dry cleaning, supplies, etc.) • Help with childcare when needed • Maintain household organization Requirements: • Prior PA / household / nanny or chef experience • Excellent organization and communication skills • Comfortable in family environment
