The Personal Assistant is expected to provide day-to-day general onsite support as needed. General responsibilities include appointment management, personal errands, shopping, booking personal travel, handling events, ensuring the house is running well, working with other staff members etc. The PA will be the primary point of contact during weekday evenings and weekends. They will be expected to be flexible with their list of duties and help around the house as needed/ requested. Ideal candidates will be quick on their feet, very positive and naturally helpful. Travel as needed. -Pet care, dog walks, dog sitting, and occasional trips to the vet/groomer. -Personal shopping, errand running, gift purchasing, returns, groceries etc. Come with experience.
