I take care of my brother's house and affairs due to his disability. It's a lot. Therefore, an assistant is needed to help with varied responsibilities. Flexibility is important as it's quite a mix of stuff: run errands, help sort & organize, clean out his basement, wash comforters at the laundromat, assist him with online applications for utilities assistance etc. Basically work side by side with me until I catch up.
