House Manager Needed

Busy family seeking a part-time House Manager starting around the New Year. Hours are flexible, averaging 5-10/week. Starting at \$25/hr (negotiable based on experience and performance). Responsibilities Include: MUST BE A GOOD COOK Organizing--both physical spaces and household systems Creating and managing schedules Grocery shopping or coordinating grocery orders Restocking household supplies (paper goods, cleaning products, etc.) Household maintenance awareness - noticing small needs like replacing light bulbs, filters, etc. Laundry duties Task management - making to-do or follow-up lists for the nanny/babysitter Occasional errands (a car is required) Key Qualities: Self-starter who takes initiative Able to follow instructions but also work independently without micromanagement Organized and proactive Strong communicator
